Steve is a professional musician based in the North East of England. He is a passionate player specialising in woodwind which he teaches in schools & privately holding a teaching diploma with The Royal School of Music in London as well as two jazz diplomas with the Guildhall school of Music (London). Steve also plays in the band Jump the Q which he runs with his wife Fiona ( who is a professional musician and singing teacher ). JTQ provide music for weddings, parties & functions throughout the Northeast & Northwest of England. Steve also runs a weekly improvising workshop for wind players called Jazz Blowers & holiday band workshops for children called Groovin High which is in it's 15th year.
