Barry has been a professional saxophonist, clarinetist and flutist for 35 years. During this time he has played numerous shows, Jazz gigs and tours. He has paid his big band dues by playing with the bands of Tommy Dorsey(under the direction of Buddy Morrow), Harry James(under the direction of Fred Radke), Glenn Miller(under the direction of Larry O'Brien) and Jimmy Dorsey(under the direction of Bill Tole). Barry has performed with the Temptations, the Coasters and many other R&B groups. He has performed on cruise ships and has toured the entire United States, Japan and parts of Europe. He has also performed with many name jazz artists including: Cedar Walton, Lewis Nash, Peter Washington, Randy Brecker, Howard Alden, James Moody, Buddy Montgomery, James Carter, et. al.
